Extra virgin olive oil, Basil leaves, Walnuts, Mozzarella cheese, Garlic, Lemon juice, Lemon zest, Sea salt, Pepper, Chilli flakes.

Best consumed within 7 days of manufacturing. They are handmade, chemical stabilisers and preservative free, and meant to be enjoyed while the flavours are fresh.

Use a clean and a dry spoon to avoid spoilage. Cover the sauce with a layer of extra virgin olive oil to retain freshness.

As a spread on bread, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, eggs, omelettes. Use to toss pastas, gnocchi, salads, grilled chicken, fish, vegetables, paneer or tofu. One sauce. Nothing else needed.
